W.P. Carey Lobby

REIT W.P. Carey invests in its properties to elevate and refresh public spaces to help attract and retain tenants. This 2019 lobby renovation by Interstruct Tampa was the first of several projects to enhance this Class A building. In 2020, an adjacent outdated building was razed to provide abundant and convenient tenant and guest parking, including thoughtfully designed green space and landscaping.
