Infill CRE is Interstruct’s in-house commercial real estate entity to further our development work focused on architecture, construction + urban planning. We seek opportunities to do infill work, develop our own projects, and help clients realize the full potential of their own projects. Reach out to Ryan Young, AIA, Richard Monroe, or Matt Coticchio

Interstruct's Vision for Incremental Development

Our vision for urban infill development enhances a neighborhood through:

  • adaptive reuse
  • reimagining unused interstitial space
  •  building in the scale of the neighborhood
  •  nurturing local, creative entrepreneurs
  • intersecting art and architecture
  • being an active participant in the community

West Church Corridor

The West Church Corridor is the foundation for regenerative development of Downtown Orlando. The WCC reconnects the urban fabric of infill development, higher education, health + wellness, housing, sports + entertainment, greenways, the arts, and public transportation.

Parramore Park

This is our vision for Parramore Park. Transforming a fenced retention pond to an active-use pocket park on the West Church Corridor. Learn more about our design and vision for a private/public initiative with the City of Orlando and other downtown Orlando and Parramore stakeholders.
