Jennifer H. Desire Foundation
The central figure of our mural on Church Street is Jennifer Desire, who feeds the homeless and helps families in need in Orlando neighborhoods.
Community Art Matters
We partner with local artists such as muralist Maureen Hudas to bring public art into urban infill neighborhoods as part of our Architect as Developer model.

Bungalower is a social enterprise that connects people to their city through hyper-local reporting.
Orlando Foundation for Architecture
Promotes appreciation for the built environment, advocates for the preservation of historic architecture, offers scholarships for architectural education, and promotes diversity in the architectural community.
ArtReach Orlando
Brings art to underprivileged kids to build self-esteem. Originally a mobile operation, ArtReach Orlando opened its permanent center in Parramore in 2017 in partnership with McRae Art Studios.
The Awesome Foundation
International organization whose Orlando chapter is dedicated to supporting creative ideas, such as mobile concerts and vending machines for the homeless, that benefit the community and make Orlando a more AWESOME place to live.
