O2B Kids calls itself a “learning playground for kids 0-13 years old,” offering daycare, pre-school, after-school and summer camp. Interstruct Tampa has built several childcare facilities throughout the Greater Tampa Bay in partnership with a repeat client. Most are ground-up construction, but this facility on Gandy Boulevard in South Tampa was a 12,000 SF adaptive reuse, design-build project.
