Interstruct Tampa was the GC on this 8,000 SF build-out for Wilson + Girgenti Engineering. The adaptive-reuse, stand-alone building is located at 504 E. Tyler Street in downtown Tampa. The diversified design and consulting firm moved into its new Tampa headquarters in June 2021. Architectural design by ASD | SKY.
Wilson + Girgenti moved office spaces to accommodate for its growth last year following the addition of the firm’s structural and fire protection team. Despite the shift to work-from-home throughout the pandemic, the firm moved forward on its expansion plans.
“We’re growing, and we wanted to provide an atmosphere for employees that makes them actually want to come to work,” said Joseph Girgenti, WG’s President. “We included employee input in the overall look and feel for all three of our new office spaces, and it matches our ‘work hard, play hard’ company culture.”
