Bellhop Orlando
Hospitality has always been at the heart of the historic Angebilt, which opened as a hotel nearly 100 years ago in downtown Orlando. Now, its lobby is the stunning cocktail lounge, Bellhop Orlando.
Many misconstrue Orlando as a *new* city but downtown Orlando has deep roots. The project team is proud of its vigilance in maintaining the past, present and future narrative of Orlando’s historic structures, ensuring Orlando’s early character and history remain a bold design in downtown Orlando’s fabric.
Bellhop Orlando is a street-facing location on the main thoroughfare of Orange Avenue. The owners pivot morning hours to a coffee-shop concept and shift to cocktails as they day progresses. This activates a prime downtown Orlando space from early morning until late at night. It also provides a vital community gathering space for tenants in the completely rebuilt workspaces of Expansive in the Angebilt, with design+build by Interstruct.
