Spaulding Decon
Interstruct Tampa built out this incredible adaptive-reuse project on the east side of Ybor City for owner-occupied Spaulding Decon, a national biohazard remediation company. The project began as a warehouse on an industrial site and is now a high-end office building featuring tons of natural light, lots of glass, and intricate stair and railing details.
The project included major exterior modifications, mechanical, and site work, truly transforming this industrial site into Spaulding Decon’s flagship HQ.
