Interstruct HQ @ 814 W Church St

The completion of the adaptive reuse at 814 W. Church Street in Parramore launches Interstruct’s incremental development of the West Church Corridor, connecting the heart of downtown Orlando to west boundary stakeholder, Camping World Stadium.

Phase 1 completion includes the full operation of Interstruct HQ as well as tenant Purple Rock Scissors, who, like Interstruct, is also a longtime downtown Orlando business. Phase 2 completion is a shared, outdoor courtyard reactivating unused space between Interstruct and the neighboring building.

Phase 3 is the design, development and construction of a new boutique office building and phase 4 will be the completion of an upgraded parking area with new landscaping to comfortably host community events in a flexible space.

Our unique process at Interstruct Design + Build is a shift from the traditional practice and reclaims the role of Architect as Master Builder. We are a licensed architecture, general contracting and real estate firm that designs, builds, and develops our own projects.

Our Parramore redevelopment and new HQ at 814 W. Church Street is a culmination of decades of experience and is redefining a new, unique path to delivering projects. We are passionate about meaningful architecture, urban design, and incremental infill development.

We believe this incremental development will be the catalyst for other projects and bring new tenants to Parramore and the West Church Corridor.
