Select Projects Launch

We appreciate our clients and industry partners for coming out and spending a couple of hours with us at our HQ happy hour in Parramore. It was a perfect evening to celebrate the launch of Interstruct Select Projects and to raise a glass to Spencer Mitchell who is heading up our new division. Great to see our office as an event space with flow and different conversations in every corner.

What is Interstruct Select Projects?

Interstruct Select Projects is the result of careful consideration and collaboration, aiming to address the challenges many clients face when seeking experienced contractors for smaller-scale, high-urgency projects. On November 1st, we welcomed Spencer Mitchell to our Interstruct Team, a seasoned professional with a profound background in construction. Spencer not only brings a wealth of experience but also a passion for managing projects that fall within the $50,000 – $500,000 range, require minimal permitting, and boast a swift turnaround in a matter of days, not months. Spencer’s expertise and recent contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping Interstruct Select Projects, and we are genuinely excited about the opportunities this new division brings to the table.

The ideal project for Interstruct Select Projects division requires the employment of 2-3 trusted subcontractors, working under our supervision, on a project that does not require extensive permitting. This enables us to provide high-quality work in a short period of time. We are committed to a high level of responsiveness – we will evaluate and commit to your project quickly. If we cannot undertake the project, we will give you recommendations on solutions and potential vendors.

The “genie in a bottle” of the Select Projects division is its relationships with Interstruct’s designf+build team and the company’s work history with more than 200 subcontractors. On the one hand, the client is assured of the expertise to understand the issues and propose the best solution. On the other hand, the Select Projects team brings trusted vendors to bear to implement the solution. All of this happens quickly – benefiting the client in terms of both time and money.
