Orlando Orthopaedic Center, Oviedo Mall

Orlando Orthopaedic Center is a repeat client and we’re especially proud of this project, a new mall-to-medical-office building adaptive reuse at Oviedo Mall. This innovative project transforms 17,000 SF of formerly shuttered retail space into a medical office building that includes a full imaging suite with two X-rays and 1 MRI.

It is a full #designbuild project by Interstruct. Some key features include adding an external storefront adjacent to parking as well as internal access to Oviedo Mall. This is a solid step toward remaking former shopping malls into vital mixed-use developments.
