Summer Happy Hour at Interstruct

Interstruct’s quarterly happy hour is a hot industry networking event.  Many new guests including SeaWorld, UCF and Orlando Magic joined us at our July 11 networking event, held at our HQ in Parramore. Big thanks to Daltile who helped sponsor the popular event. Our Parramore neighbor Foodie Catering served up some new, delicious appetizers, and Nigel John spun some cool jazz records. Our next event is Thursday, October 17 and will feature Julia Young’s non-profit and Parramore-based organization, Page 15. 

Page 15 transforms lives through the power of words! Page 15’s year-round creative literacy programs enhance communication skills, encourage creative expression, and improve academic progress for Central Florida youth in 2nd – 12th grades. From academics and careers, to personal relationships and human connections, literacy is vital. Using writing as the medium of self-expression, Page 15 empowers students of all abilities to express their creativity through journaling, poetry, and other creative writing projects in a low-stakes / high-support environment (without grades or testing).
