Rasmussen University Southpark

Rasmussen University expanded its Orlando presence with a new campus in Southpark commercial, off John Young Parkway. The new campus expanded Rasmussen’s Orlando footprint, complementing the North campus in Altamonte Springs.

Interstruct’s adaptive reuse transformed a former office building, within the Lincoln Property Company portfolio, into high-tech classrooms, simulation labs and more for the #1 educator of Registered Nurses in Florida.

This was Interstruct’s third project for Rasmussen. While the Southpark facility is less than half the size of the two 46,000 SF campuses recently built by Interstruct in the Greater Tampa Bay area, it maintains the high-end design standards by ASD | SKY that are seen across all three.
