Totally Psyched

Totally Psyched is a space where mental wellness and physical rejuvenation complement each other. Owned by psychiatric nurse practitioner Kris Oldham, the practice is split into two distinct services: Totally Psyched, a telepsychiatry clinic, and Totally Psyched – The Spa, which offers specialized weight loss programs, salt room therapy, and infrared sauna services. 

Totally Psyched currently occupies 3,000 SF of the 5K North building—part of the Verax Daniels 30,000 SF medical office complex, a ground-up, design-build project by Interstruct. As both shell and interior architect-builder, Interstruct leveraged the efficiency of its streamlined design-build process to fast-track delivery. By overlapping construction phases, Interstruct completed the shell and tenant buildout simultaneously, completing both on the same day. Totally Psyched is the first tenant to occupy the new MOB at 1223 Daniels Road in Winter Garden, Florida.  

The space features unique wellness-focused features, including a custom-designed salt therapy (also known as halotherapy) room, requiring specialized technical coordination. Future expansion plans will see Totally Psyched grow into the remaining 2,000 SF of the building, creating a clearer distinction between the telepsychiatric clinic and the wellness spa.
