Shady Grove Fertility‘s newest 10,000 SF clinic is now open in Orlando at AdventHealth Innovation Tower (265 E. Rollins St.). As the general contractor for this project, Interstruct delivered a state-of-the-art IVF center and embryology lab in a Class A medical tower.

Beyond the high-end corporate interiors, this buildout included critical infrastructure installations, such as an emergency backup generator to ensure uninterrupted power to patient recovery bays, the procedure room, lab, and other essential care areas. In addition, we craned rooftop medical gas exhaust and mechanical equipment into place—executing a highly coordinated operation in an active, occupied building.
