BioDesign Clinic + MedSpa
BioDesign Clinic + MedSpa is a design + build, adaptive-reuse at 3200 Henderson Blvd. in South Tampa. Interstruct certainly knows the building because we owned it, improved it and managed it for three years before selling it to Jimmy Barker.
Interstruct’s architecture team reimagined the stand-alone building, inside and out, for Barker’s BioDesign Clinic + MedSpa. Tenants occupy the additional two-story, boomerang-shaped building.
