The Cardiovascular Center of Florida at Sand Lake Commons
Interstruct Inc. was architect and general contractor for new offices of The Cardiovascular Center of Florida at their Sand Lake Commons location in Dr. Phillips.
The 12,056 SF office space was conceived by Interstruct Design to match the exacting standards of contemporary healthcare needs, drawing on Interstruct’s extensive experience in healthcare construction. The completed office space includes an expansive reception area, physician’s offices and nurses stations with Class A finishes, and private exam rooms built to accommodate cutting-edge cardiovascular equipment, including a CT scan machine and a CorCam dedicated cardiac SPECT camera.
The Cardiovascular Center office is part of Sand Lake Commons, a ground-up design + build project by Interstruct commissioned by a group of physicians as white-coat investors. The 22,021 SF medical office building was conceived and built to be a destination health care center in Central Florida, and is home to an array of diverse medical offices including Surgical Group of Orlando, another project by Interstruct Design + Build.
