Surgical Group of Orlando at Sand Lake Commons
Interstruct completed construction of new offices for Dr. Danelle Chambers and Surgical Group of Orlando at Sand Lake Commons in Dr. Phillips. The 1,952 SF office space was conceived by Interstruct Design to complement the exterior building’s unique Florida vernacular architecture, pairing industrial-modern minimalism with muted tones and sleek Class-A finishes to create a soothing, professional medical atmosphere.
The new offices are part of the Sand Lake Commons medical office building, a ground-up construction project by Interstruct Design + Build. The project tapped into Interstruct’s deep experience working with physicians and white-coat investors to design and construct singular, customized healthcare facilities. The Sand Lake Commons building is also home to The Cardiovascular Center of Florida, with new 12,086 SF office space also completed by Interstruct Design + Build.
