Women’s Care Riverview
Interstruct is pleased to have delivered our latest healthcare construction for Women’s Care: a new medical office building at 6606 Simmons Loop, called Women’s Care Riverview. This 30,000 SF first-generation interior buildout spans two levels of a first-generation shell. Interstruct also built the adjacent first-floor space for repeat client AdventHealth.
The new medical office utilizes 3form ceiling-height demountable partitions, enabling flexibility for changing patient needs, combined with high-end Class A office finishes including Cambria quartz stone and extensive millwork.
This is the fourth project Interstruct has done for Women’s Care, alongside Women’s Care Fletcher Avenue, Women’s Care St. Joseph North and the Woman’s Care HQ in Tampa.
Women’s Care was founded in 1998 in Florida and today also operates in Arizona, California and Kentucky. Its services include obstetrics and gynecology; fertility, maternal fetal medicine; gynecologic oncology; urogynecology; nutritional and genetic counseling; and lab and imaging services.
