Interstruct Design Services, LLC is a licensed architectural firm in the state of FL. Our main focus is design + build projects but we have significant experience working with design architects and corporate designers and can take your project from conceptual design to permit.
BIM + PM Technology
We embrace advanced technology, integrating Revit BIM models, tablets and project management software into our daily workflow to identify challenges, increase collaboration/communication and ultimately leverage efficiencies to benefit our clients and save money.
Modular construction
Modular construction facilitates precise assembly in a controlled environment with less waste. Interstruct is dedicated to exploring new opportunities with this delivery methodology with applications across several platforms including office spaces, housing and healthcare construction.
Pre-con services
Led by a project executive, our pre-con process engages in-house architects, field supervisors, subcontractors and vendors to develop a detailed budget cost-analysis based on different schedule approaches and alternate material. Our transparent and communicative team approach seamlessly transitions to the construction process to ensure a successful project with no surprises.
Sustainability
We are LEED accredited professionals but don’t need a certificate or standards set by a third-party organization to do what’s right by designing and building spaces that are energy efficient and good for the environment and for the health and well-being of the current and future occupants.
