Orlando-based design-build firm Interstruct will break ground later this year on a $4.5 million speculative office building next to the company’s headquarters on Church Street in Parramore.

CEO Ryan Young told GrowthSpotter they plan to begin horizontal construction in the fourth quarter of the year on the 3-story, 15,000-square-foot building and are working with Nicholas Fouraker at 4Acre Commercial on the lease-up. | August 12, 2024

Orlando Business Journal

For the last few years, we’ve been talking about the West Church Corridor as the foundation for regenerative development connecting Parramore and Downtown Orlando. End-to-end, the WCC embraces infill development, higher education, housing, health + wellness, sports & entertainment, greenways, public transportation, and the arts.

Ryan Lynch’s recent article, Powering Up Parramore for the Orlando Business Journal focuses on two major developments: the $500 million mixed-use Westcourt Orlando sports & entertainment hub, and Travel + Leisure, Co.’s plan to move its 900 employees to 501 W. Church Street as part of a much larger vision for amplifying Orlando as a top-tier U.S. city. It’s exciting to see leaders and visionaries embrace the West Church Corridor for its massive potential.

The property is three blocks west of the Orlando Magic’s $500 million Westcourt sports and entertainment district, which is also expected to break ground before the end of the year.July 12, 2024

In a pivotal initiative led by Ryan Young and the Interstruct Build & Design team, the Parramore and West Church Street areas are undergoing groundbreaking updates and revitalization. The aspiring projects promise not only economic growth opportunities but also the creation of communal spaces and an emphasis on the arts that will infuse culture and color into the town. The following post outlines every project and includes an in-depth tour of the neighborhood and conversation between Ken Pozek and Ryan Young / November 2023

Interstruct’s Ryan Young has a vision to transform a retention pond eyesore into active space that benefits Parramore. Young and his team are trying to seduce the City into letting them adopt the park and make it more of an amenity for the neighborhood rather than just a gaping hole filled with trash and mosquitoes. Young is proposing to build a bridge/boardwalk over the pond and allow for public gatherings, a place to revive the defunct Parramore Farmers Market, and make it into something really special – while still serving its purpose as a retention pond.
