Interstruct Design + Build is hiring a Project Manager to bid and execute construction projects and to also bring in new business. We are looking for a team-player with a positive attitude who is eager to apply their knowledge and experience in the construction industry, build relationships with subcontractors and clients, and grow their career with us.

Interstruct Design + Build was founded in Orlando, Florida in 2001 by Ryan Young and Rich Monroe. President Matt Coticchio opened the Tampa office in 2010. Our two offices oversee projects from coast-to-coast across central Florida.

Interstruct Design + Build is hiring a Superintendent who will be assigned to projects and tasked with seeing each one through completion, punch-out and inspection. Interstruct’s Superintendents are responsible for managing all onsite subcontractors, job safety, quality control and maintaining the project schedule.
