Ashberry Water Conditioning has expanded into a 6,200 office and warehouse in Tampa. This full-service water treatment company has been family-owned since 1947.

The buildout was done in partnership with project management company Relofant and Ashberry CEO Alexis Webster. The mixed-use space includes warehouse space as well as corporate offices, incorporating elements such as open ceilings, interior glass storefront systems and Class A finishes. The industrial-style design features all metal railings and exposed mechanical ductwork throughout.
