Bayfront Health Primary Care Clinic at Crossroads, St. Pete
Interstruct was general contractor for full design + build for new medical offices for Crossroads Primary Care. The 5,775 SF patient care facility is adjacent to Bayfront Health’s cardiovascular intensive care unit, also a full design + build project for Interstruct.
The primary care medical offices required a complete buildout spanning the second floor of the Orlando Health medical building at 1800 66th Street North, with a custom interior architected in partnership to fit the hospital’s needs. Construction took place above an active first-floor ER, so detailed Infection Control Risk Assessments took place throughout the construction period, coordinating the buildout stages with precise care to not interfere with or affect the patients and medical staff on the ground floor.
