Christie Dental at Paddock Park is a 4,250 SF, first-generation dental buildout in Ocala that reflects Interstruct’s deep expertise in dental construction and our longstanding partnership with Heartland Dental. The project is one of three Heartland offices we delivered concurrently (including Sarasota and Orlando), each requiring tight coordination and disciplined execution.

Dental construction leaves no room for error. This buildout demanded precise integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems to support specialized equipment and clinical workflows. From operatory layouts and chair clearances to imaging requirements and lighting arm ranges, every detail was executed to exacting standards.
