Cordelia Retail at The Quay Sarasota

Cordelia Retail is a 5,000 SF first-generation retail buildout located at 468 Quay Commons in Sarasota, FL. Interstruct was hired by client Quarterra/TPG Real Estate/Lennar to deliver two tenant-ready spaces within The Quay Sarasota — downtown’s premier waterfront development and the site of our Ocean Prime Sarasota project. 

The scope included underground utilities, new concrete slab, full framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and custom finish work to prepare two tenant-ready retail suites: Suite A and Suite C.

The space now houses two women-led fashion boutiques — Influence Style and Camilyn Beth — both of whom relocated after hurricane flooding displaced their former shops in St. Armands. Reunited side by side, the business owners brought renewed energy and personal connection to this project, resulting in a meaningful outcome.
