Crate & Barrel is one of up to five tenants occupying two (2) 104,000 SF warehouses off Highway 301 in Manatee County. ICON Electric Vehicles is the sole tenant for building 1. Crate & Barrel is the first of up to four tenants for building 2, occupying some 32,000 SF. Interstruct Tampa is the general contractor on both industrial projects which include high bay LED lights, exhaust fans, relief vents, HVLS fans, pit levelers and dock equipment for these state-of-the-art distribution centers in west central Florida.
