Expansive Downtown St. Pete
Interstruct Tampa completed a 10,000 SF design-build project for EXPANSIVE, the nationwide workspace provider brand. The 2022-completed coworking office is located in downtown St. Pete in the Synovus Bank Building.

The Expansive design-build project in St. Pete follows a top-to-bottom reboot of the historic Angebilt for Expansive in downtown Orlando.
