Another architectural intervention is in the books. Innovacare Health Tampa benefitted from the full Interstruct Design + Build treatment. The Interstruct Design architecture team is so experienced at envisioning how to repurpose the bones of a structure into its next best life. We have transformed dozens of similar buildings across Central Florida and Greater Tampa Bay, squeezing out every bit of value for the owners. Working with Cushman and Wakefield construction management, our Tampa team delivered this new office including high-end exterior facade panels, doors, landscaping and an interior refresh for the client, Innovacare Health.
