Interstruct Architecture Team’s conceptual renderings for the adaptive-reuse of the former Harmon Photo building into a restaurant with a rooftop bar and views of Lake Ivanhoe.

Ivanhoe Village is in the throes of a renaissance since the 2020 opening of the 252-unit Lake House — with its upscale restaurant and bar The Pinery — overlooking the north shore of Ivanhoe, and the 2021 food hall at the Yard at Ivanhoe.
