Lake Mary Jewett Orthopedic Institute Rehabilitation Center
Interstruct was engaged as architect and general contractor to deliver a specialized rehabilitation and sports medicine center for the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. This project utilized our extensive design + build expertise in healthcare.
Located in Lake Mary, Florida, this 13,500 SF project was a first-generation buildout that included the design and installation of three new cutting-edge X-ray imaging suites, as well as exam rooms for patients and work and meeting space for doctors and nursing staff. The expansive rehabilitation area offers mixed-use space for physical and occupational therapy, featuring common-use speciality equipment as well as private session rooms. The project also included waiting areas for patients and the general public, done in an airy, modern style designed to ease stress and provide an uplifting environment.
The result is a comprehensive, holistically designed medical rehabilitation center that supports clinical excellence while maintaining a high-end patient experience, which is a hallmark of Interstruct’s proven commitment and expertise in delivering precise, custom architecture and design for the healthcare community.
