This is a 2023 multi-floor restrooms renovation project for Cushman & Wakefield at MetWest One in Tampa.

Capital improvements are a silo of Interstruct’s business. At any given time, Interstruct Design + Build is adding value to a Class A tower: renewing lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and elevator waiting areas to help attract the best tenants and create a desirable workplace for their employees.
