Ocean Prime Tampa

Of the 18 Ocean Prime locations by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Tampa is at the top of the list for volume and revenue. It was time for a kitchen refresh and expansion. But how long could one of Tampa’s top restaurants remain closed to allow this work to be done? The answer: 7 days.  

Interstruct leaned in hard on our restaurant construction knowledge to plan a critical path of staged operations. Project Manager Mike Schwent and Superintendent Jeremy Lemmon orchestrated crews to a minute-by-minute plan around the clock to meet the client’s unmovable deadline. We delivered the kitchen to the culinary team on schedule.

Luckily, we had more breathing room for the 1,000 SF kitchen expansion including a new walk-in cooler, AC system and storage. The final project looks good with exterior landscaping, too.
