Packing District Adaptive Reuse

Dr. Phillips, Inc. contracted Interstruct for a full design + build adaptive-reuse of a 1950s brick building in Orlando’s Packing District at 1900 Diversified Way. The 5,000 SF space is now leased to a financial services company who wanted their new office to retain an industrial feeling. This adaptive reuse is the first of several projects in the Packing District for which Interstruct is engaged.

This project utilized Interstruct Design, our in-house architecture studio.
