Rasmussen University, Tampa/Brandon

Rasmussen University’s Tampa/Brandon campus is Interstruct’s second high-tech facility focused on Nursing and Health Sciences learning environments. New to this project is a virtual reality (VR) classroom for distant learning.

The 46,000 SF education project is an adaptive reuse of a former Toys “R” Us retail space. Interstruct is deeply experienced with adaptive reuse and capitalizing on existing site work, zoning, entitlements, parking, impact fees, landscape, etc. which saves the client money and vastly accelerates the permitting process.

Interstruct and Rasmussen used the same project teams and vendors who had knocked the Central Pasco Campus out of the park. The Tampa/Brandon campus went incredibly smooth due to the trust and power the client placed in our hands.
