Red Bull (II)

Our second industrial project for Red Bull is a 60,000 SF first-generation warehouse in Tampa. Features include new electrical services, dock equipment and HVAC paired with high-end offices. ALL of our industrial projects include Class-A level office space. Clients want their office to reflect the quality of their brand. This was a project for our longtime client, Cushman & Wakefield.
