RIPA & Associates
Interstuct recently completed the first phase of RIPA & Associates’s new corporate office remodel at 1409 Tech Boulevard in Tampa. Spanning 16,000 SF, the complete gut and rebuild will allow one of Florida’s largest site development contractors to continue its growth and support its more than 1,200 employees. Phase one consisted of state-of-the-art training rooms, huddle rooms, 34 individual offices, new restrooms, a new lobby, and a communicating staircase cut into the existing 2nd floor.
