Strive Pharmacy Tampa
Interstruct Design + Build recently completed a stellar new tenant improvement project for Strive Pharmacy. The 20K SF retail pharmacy and compounding office marks the fast-growing compounding company’s expansion into the Tampa area.
Reflecting Interstruct’s experience in healthcare, retail and medtail construction, the new space was built to the specifications of the consumer-facing retail aspect as well as back-end production and storage space for the onsite compounding team.
Interstruct Design + Build recently completed a 20,000 SF buildout for Strive Pharmacy as the fast-growing compounding company expands into the Tampa market. While our photos focus on the retail side of the project, the core of this build was behind the scenes: 10,000 SF of USP 797 and USP 800 cleanroom space.
Supporting that level of compounding capacity required significant infrastructure upgrades, including a new 1,000 AMP electrical service and utility transformer, 100+ tons of new HVAC with six DOAS units providing up to 45 air exchanges per hour, a new 60-mil TPO roof, upgraded 2” water service, and new underground waste throughout.
The reimagined front lobby reflects Strive’s warm, patient-centric approach, with high-end, natural finishes that reflect the brand’s commitment to raising the benchmark for pharmacy healthcare. The compounding workspace and storage area allows them to increase production capacity for the specialized market, with upgraded electrical service and specialized mechanical equipment to deal with humidity and stabilizing pressures.
This project showcases the depth of Interstruct’s healthcare and medtail experience, from custom cleanroom environments to highly technical MEP coordination and consumer-facing space.
