Well 65+
Interstruct’s 6,600 SF full interior buildout transformed a former retail store into Well 65+ Clearwater, a primary care network complex designed to support the medical needs of patients 65 and older.
The comprehensive facility offers full outpatient care, with a patient lobby, multiple doctors offices and exam rooms. The project also touched the front entry, adding sliding barn doors and new glass storefront.
Healthcare construction is a specialty of Interstruct, requiring thoughtful coordination and attention to detail, and we are pleased to contribute to a facility that will have a lasting impact on the Tampa area.
