Notable Corporate Interior Projects
Megan Padilla
Interstruct was founded in 2001 as a high-end corporate interior general contractor. Interstruct Tampa opened its first office in 2010. Our scope of services has dramatically grown, as has our expertise at fast-tracking complex commercial projects for clients such as Lincoln Property Company, CBRE, Highwoods, Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman Wakefield. Over the past 20+ years, we’ve built our company and reputation on word-of-mouth and repeat clients.
While our business model has expanded to include architecture and design-build services, our role as general contractor on Class A corporate interiors across the state of Florida is the foundation of our company.
See more of our work in our portfolio.
Here’s a look at some notable projects from both the Orlando and Tampa offices.

Rasmussen University
Interstruct Tampa built both Rasmussen University’s Tampa/Brandon Campus and Central Pasco Campus.
The 46,000 SF education projects are adaptive reuse of former mega retail spaces. Interstruct is deeply experienced with adaptive reuse and capitalizing on existing site work, zoning, entitlements, parking, impact fees, landscape, etc. which saves the client money and vastly accelerates the permitting process. Interstruct and Rasmussen used the same project teams and vendors on both projects.
