Expansive Angebilt Building
Expansive is a coworking space located in the historic Angebilt Building at 37 N. Orange Avenue in the Central Business District. The coworking space features executive suites, private offices, office space for lease, and virtual offices with state-of-the-art technology and amenities. Interstruct completed the entirety of the top-to-bottom gut renovation in the historic building located in downtown Orlando. Stage one was completed in 2019 and was recognized as a 2020 Golden Brick Finalist: Renovation + Redesign. Stage two was completed in 2022.
The two street-level bars – Parlay and Bellhop Orlando – are also Interstruct projects.
The 1923 Angebilt was once the tallest building in Orlando and also the city’s finest hotel. Many misconstrue Orlando as a *new* city but downtown Orlando has deep roots. We are proud of Interstruct’s vigilance in maintaining the past, present and future narrative of Orlando’s historic structures.
Interstruct’s relationship with Expansive continues on the west coast where our Tampa office is underway on a 10,000 SF #designbuild in the center of St. Pete for the nationwide co-working brand.
