From the first moment we saw the 1940s warehouse in Parramore that would become Interstruct’s HQ, we envisioned leasing the street-front retail space to an Orlando-based creative entrepreneur—in line with our architect-as-developer model.
Meet our perfect partner: Purple Rock Scissors (PRPL), an Orlando-based strategic creative agency led by founder Bobby Jones. Our relationship is deep-seated; Interstruct built PRPL’s last office in the Plaza in downtown Orlando (where Interstruct’s former office was also located).
Jones’s vision for PRPL’s 2022 post-pandemic office is a luxe lounge space designed for creative collaboration and courting new clients. We’re excited to have them in our building as a design-build client, tenant and creative force that closes the #architectdeveloper circuit.
